The breakfast was savoury and tasty with a wide range of meals to choose from. The room was nicely updated, well soundproofed, and complete with a Jacuzzi, 2 queen beds plus shower.

The room was well decorated with 2 queen beds, we had a good rest. Location: the hotel was close to nearby restaurants and many attractions and restaurants and the airport in the "venue shuttle". Plus it was max 20 mins walk to the lake.

The staff were well prepared with menus for take out and printed directions to the concert venue. The breakfast the next day wad great. We did not expect biscuits and gravy.

In this place, the staff is super friendly, the place is pretty clean, and it's conveniently located near restaurants, the concert venue, and other attractions.

first, when I made the reservation I stated 3 or 4 times that we would be arriving 1 or 2 in the Morning and we would want a room at that time. I was assured the room would be there for us and I gave my credit card to guarentee late arrival. Second- we called the hotel for directions and the desk man said he didn't know the area and couldn't help me. End of conversation there was no one else there we could talk to and he couldn't or wouldn't look at a map. Third- when we arrived the same night attendent told me our reservation was for Friday check in after 11:Am. There was no room reserved for us for Thursday Aug 25. It was 3 in the morning! He also said we used a third party to book the room( what does that matter?) I told him I got the number off the Holiday Inn Exp website and called the chain direct. He finally said he could give us a room but we would have to get out of it before 11AM . We took the room and checked out and back in about 10 AM on Aug 25th. The new room was fine but when we checked on Monday, because we had an offer from a relative to stay with them, the desk lady said we were checking out a day early and our reservation should have had check out on Friday Aug 1!? The front desk people were very nice and as accomodating as possible. We have stayed at this same hotel on a previous date with no problem at all.

We had an amazing time here, the staff was fantastic from the get-go, and the location was perfect and comfortable.

We had a minor issue with our room's air conditioning being too loud, but the staff promptly switched it out for a new unit. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

Reasonably priced rooms in a very comfortable area, close to many attractions and restaurants. Savoury and well-stocked breakfast with a great selection of hot/cold dishes. Wonderfully friendly and exceptionally nice staff. They provided good service. No charge for wake up calls and ironing. Good and favorable location to Fridge.
